Editorial profile

Eleven Eleven is a boutique winery near downtown Napa, founded in 2012 by Ellie Anest and Carol Vassiliadis after they acquired a vineyard property in the Oak Knoll District AVA. Winemaker Kirk Venge has led the program since the outset. The estate farms three vineyards — Laki's, Destin and 11:11 — totaling roughly 35 acres within Oak Knoll District, planted mainly to Cabernet Sauvignon alongside Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot and Syrah, and the winery also sources Pinot Noir from Russian River Valley and Petaluma Gap and Chardonnay from Russian River Valley.

Cabernet Sauvignon anchors the estate program, with Laki's Estate and the 11:11-designated X:I bottling as the vineyard-driven single-varietal centerpieces; the Destin Estate vineyard supplies varietal Malbec, Merlot and Syrah. Current-release wine names were not readable from the site's live storefront (JavaScript-rendered); the wines above come from the site's library-vintages page.

Wines

10 of 10 wines link to the page they were read from. The list is what a producer publishes about itself, one citation at a time — it is not a catalog, and a wine missing from it is uncurated rather than unmade.
