Editorial profile

Inglenook is a historic estate winery on the Rutherford Bench in Napa Valley, established in 1879 and now owned by the Coppola family. Its portfolio centers on Cabernet Sauvignon in two forms: Rubicon, the estate's flagship Bordeaux-style red blend produced since 1978, and a varietal Cabernet Sauvignon bottling honoring the vine cuttings founder Gustave Niebaum originally brought from Bordeaux.

Cabernet Franc appears both as a blending component and, in limited years, as its own stand-alone bottling. On the white side, Blancaneaux — a blend of estate-grown Marsanne, Roussanne, and Viognier made since 1999 — partners with a Rutherford Sauvignon Blanc, and an RC Reserve Syrah rounds out the estate's plantings beyond Cabernet. Philippe Bascaules has directed winemaking at Inglenook since 2011.

6 of 6 wines link to the page they were read from. The list is what a producer publishes about itself, one citation at a time — it is not a catalog, and a wine missing from it is uncurated rather than unmade.
