California Wine Atlas

Hungarian Millenium

White wine grape · reported 2015

Hungarian Millenium is an obscure grape with no Foundation Plant Services or VIVC registry match recorded in the atlas, leaving its identity unconfirmed. It appears in California's records only once, in the 2015 planting survey, as an 80-acre report entirely in Kern County — and notably all of it nonbearing that year, meaning no fruit had yet been harvested from it. The variety never appears in CDFA's crush series at all, so nothing is known about its eventual production. It stands as a single-year planting notation rather than an established, tracked California variety.

What is published

Counts describe what this atlas holds for Hungarian Millenium, not what California grows. A zero is a published answer: it means the source names the grape and reports nothing under it, or does not name it at all.
